Part-Time Remote Enrollment Specialist / Sales Closer
Job Description
REQUIREMENTS
- 2+ years of phone sales or closing experience (high-ticket education, coaching, or consultative sales preferred)
- Strong follow-up skills, objection handling, and rapport-building ability
- Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset — you take initiative and enjoy helping build a company
- Willing and able to do targeted outbound prospecting in addition to working warm leads
- Genuine passion for helping people invest in better careers
- Comfortable working independently in a remote environment and using a CRM
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Run high-energy discovery calls and confidently close enrollments using our proven script and objection-handling framework
- Follow up consistently with 300 fresh inbound leads per month and re-engage our warm 2K-person database
- Perform targeted outbound prospecting to build pipeline and support company growth
- Track activity in our CRM and hit strong show-up and conversion rates
- Work 15–25 hours per week with flexible scheduling (some evenings and weekends preferred for lead follow-up)
