REQUIREMENTS

Skills:

Strong data reconciliation and mathematical problem-solving abilities
Advanced proficiency in Excel
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team framework
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills for interfacing with participants and internal stakeholders
Familiarity with data file integrations and HRIS systems is a plus
Knowledge of Form 5500 filings is a plus

Experience:

1+ years of experience in retirement plan administration, including non-discrimination testing and census submission
Prior experience supporting external annual audits for retirement plans
ASPPA QKA designation or equivalent certification is preferred

RESPONSIBILITES

Serve as a primary point of contact for participant inquiries by researching and responding to questions in a timely and accurate manner
Coordinate invoice payments and conduct monthly reconciliation of payments
Review and research beneficiary claims
Create and reconcile weekly contribution files
Prepare wire payments for approvals
Audit and maintain plan data quality through weekly and monthly reporting, resolving any discrepancies as they arise
Compile plan statistics for internal dissemination
Provide annual audit support by gathering documents, preparing data, and running reports
Participate in non-discrimination testing data collection, including quarterly and annual data audits
Support day-to-day administration of the 401(k) Plan and related financial wellbeing initiatives
Partner with internal teams to ensure weekly contributions are processed timely and accurately
Interface with team members to assist with questions and provide guidance
Work with the plan recordkeeper to identify and resolve data discrepancies
