Paid Search Specialist
Job Description
REQUIREMENTS
- 1+ year of experience in paid search, Google Ads, PPC, digital advertising, or a related role
- Familiarity with Google Ads, keyword research, bidding, and campaign reporting
- Basic understanding of conversion tracking and marketing performance metrics
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Good written communication skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Experience with Google Analytics or reporting dashboards is a plus
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist with Google Ads campaign setup, monitoring, and optimization
- Support keyword research, search term review, and negative keyword updates
- Help write, test, and improve paid search ad copy
- Review campaign performance metrics, including clicks, conversions, cost per lead, and ROI
- Assist with bid adjustments, budget pacing, and campaign structure improvements
- Prepare weekly campaign performance summaries for internal review
- Identify performance issues and suggest optimization opportunities
- Coordinate with the internal marketing team to improve paid search results
