Job Description
REQUIREMENTS
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Experience using Microsoft Office or Google Workspace (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.).
- Comfortable learning and using CRM systems (Salesforce experience is a plus).
- Highly detail-oriented, dependable, and self-motivated.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Fast learner with a proactive attitude.
Preferred
- Previous experience in lead management, customer support, inside sales, appointment setting, or client success.
- Familiarity with the U.S. immigration or EB-5 investment industry is a strong advantage.
- Experience working with international clients is a plus.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Respond to all new investor inquiries within 5 minutes.
- Contact leads immediately through phone, email, and other approved communication channels.
- Prescreen initial inquiries to identify qualified investors and schedule consultation and pitch calls with the sales team.
- Send reminders and reschedule meetings when necessary.
- Follow up according to the company’s response and follow-up protocols.
- Track all communication and ensure no lead is missed.
- Accurately update Salesforce CRM after every interaction.
- Assist with spreadsheets, reporting, and other administrative tasks.
- Learn new systems and procedures quickly.
