Job Description

REQUIREMENTS

  • 1+ year of experience in paid search, Google Ads, PPC, digital advertising, or a related role
  • Familiarity with Google Ads, keyword research, bidding, and campaign reporting
  • Basic understanding of conversion tracking and marketing performance metrics
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Good written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment
  • Experience with Google Analytics or reporting dashboards is a plus

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assist with Google Ads campaign setup, monitoring, and optimization
  • Support keyword research, search term review, and negative keyword updates
  • Help write, test, and improve paid search ad copy
  • Review campaign performance metrics, including clicks, conversions, cost per lead, and ROI
  • Assist with bid adjustments, budget pacing, and campaign structure improvements
  • Prepare weekly campaign performance summaries for internal review
  • Identify performance issues and suggest optimization opportunities
  • Coordinate with the internal marketing team to improve paid search results
