REQUIREMENTS

• Proven experience in outside sales or retail sales environments with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
• Strong negotiation skills with the ability to communicate complex information effectively
• Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse client populations
• Familiarity with sales administration tools and CRM systems to track leads and manage client relationships
• Excellent analysis skills for assessing client needs and recommending suitable insurance solutions
• Experience in telemarketing or marketing campaigns is a plus for outreach efforts
• Exceptional communication skills to build trust and rapport with clients from various backgrounds

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Actively pursue new client opportunities through outside sales efforts, including cold calling, networking, and community engagement
• Conduct thorough needs analysis to recommend appropriate insurance products such as auto, home, life, or health coverage
• Negotiate policy terms and pricing with clients to secure mutually beneficial agreements
• Manage sales administration tasks efficiently, including documentation, policy processing, and follow-up communications
• Utilize marketing strategies to attract potential clients and expand your customer base
• Provide outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries, explaining policy details clearly, and assisting with claims or policy updates
