REQUIREMENTS

• Proven experience in outside sales, retail sales, or insurance sales is highly desirable
• Strong negotiation and communication skills to effectively convey complex information clearly and persuasively
• Multilingual or bilingual abilities are a plus, enabling you to serve diverse client populations
• Familiarity with sales administration tools and CRM systems for managing client interactions and documentation
• Excellent analysis skills to evaluate client needs and recommend appropriate coverage options
• Knowledge of HIPAA regulations is beneficial for handling sensitive client information responsibly
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a customer-focused approach

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Conduct outside sales efforts by reaching out to prospective clients through various channels, including telemarketing and community events
• Engage in retail sales environments to promote life insurance products tailored to customer needs
• Negotiate policy terms and coverage options with clients to ensure mutual satisfaction and understanding
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing questions, explaining policy details, and assisting with application processes
• Utilize analysis skills to assess client financial situations and recommend suitable insurance solutions
• Collaborate with marketing teams to develop strategies that attract new clients and retain existing ones
• Manage sales administration tasks such as maintaining accurate client records, processing applications, and following up on leads
