Job Description

REQUIREMENTS

  • Advanced Excel skills (formulas, pivot tables, data cleanup) — this is the heart of the role
  • Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and attention to detail
  • Clear written and verbal communication
  • Comfort learning new tools and adapting to changing data
  • Working knowledge of Word and PowerPoint
  • A Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or a related field — or equivalent hands-on data experience

Nice to Have

  • Familiarity with the healthcare revenue cycle or financial operations
  • Strong math and analytical skills

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Review client data submissions for completeness and flag anything missing or unusual
  • Upload and organize client data within our workflow and clinical modules
  • Run first-pass reviews of output to identify and report noteworthy patterns
  • Provide QA and testing support across our software
  • Create and maintain training guides and support documentation
  • Answer user questions and resolve submitted issues
