REQUIREMENTS

• Proven experience in data analysis with strong skills in SQL, analysis techniques, and statistical methods.
• Proficiency in visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker for creating compelling dashboards.
• Hands-on experience with R, Python, Talend, or similar ETL tools for data manipulation and transformation.
• Knowledge of database design principles and experience working with Microsoft SQL Server or Oracle databases.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies, project management practices, and SDLC processes.
• Strong business analysis skills with the ability to interpret complex data into clear insights.
• Experience working with linked data sources and integrating diverse datasets for comprehensive analysis.
• Excellent communication skills to present findings clearly to technical and non-technical audiences. 

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets using tools such as SQL, R, Python, and ETL processes to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
• Design and develop interactive dashboards and reports with Tableau, Power BI, Looker, and other visualization tools to communicate insights effectively to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions.
• Manage project timelines and deliverables through effective project management practices while adhering to the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Conduct business analysis to identify opportunities for process improvements and data integration using linked data techniques.
• Develop database schemas and design databases with Microsoft SQL Server, Oracle, or similar systems to support analytical needs.
• Automate routine tasks using VBA, Bash (Unix shell), or other scripting languages to streamline workflows and enhance productivity.
