  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Proficient in using customer service software and platforms preferred

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and online chat
  • Provide accurate and timely information to customers
  • Resolve customer complaints or issues with patience and empathy
  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team members
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance customer satisfaction
  • Register orders and update orders
