- Prior customer service in the moving industry
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to remain calm and professional in stressful situations
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Proficient in using customer service software and platforms preferred
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and online chat
- Provide accurate and timely information to customers
- Resolve customer complaints or issues with patience and empathy
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team members
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance customer satisfaction
- Register orders and update orders
