Lead Generation & Outreach Coordinator (Remote)
Job Description
REQUIREMENTS
- Lead generation or appointment-setting experience
- CRM experience (GoHighLevel, HubSpot, or similar)
- Email and phone outreach experience
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Sales, business development, or customer outreach experience
- Experience with Apollo, LinkedIn, or lead sourcing tools is a plus
- Ability to work independently and communicate consistently
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Research and build targeted lead lists for local businesses and organizations
- Use CRM systems to organize and track prospects
- Conduct email outreach and follow-up
- Perform phone outreach when appropriate
- Schedule qualified meetings or conversations
- Maintain accurate CRM notes and lead activity
- Support outreach efforts for:
- Office and corporate catering
- Breakfast and meeting catering
- Coffee cart and event opportunities
- Farmers market and community partnerships
- Holiday and large-volume seasonal orders
