REQUIREMENTS

  • 5+ years of recruiting experience.
  • Experience recruiting within healthcare environments.
  • Demonstrated success recruiting both clinical and operational healthcare positions.
  • Strong sourcing and passive candidate engagement skills.
  • Experience recruiting nationally across multiple states.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and changing business needs.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience using applicant tracking systems and LinkedIn Recruiter.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage recruiting activities for assigned clinical and operational positions.
  • Source and engage candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, referrals, and networking.
  • Conduct phone screens to assess qualifications, experience, and overall fit.
  • Build and maintain candidate pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
  • Partner with hiring managers and recruiting team members to understand hiring priorities and market conditions.
  • Maintain accurate candidate records and activity within the applicant tracking system.
  • Provide regular updates regarding candidate pipelines, sourcing activity, and recruiting progress.
  • Support multiple requisitions simultaneously in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
