REQUIREMENTS
- 5+ years of recruiting experience.
- Experience recruiting within healthcare environments.
- Demonstrated success recruiting both clinical and operational healthcare positions.
- Strong sourcing and passive candidate engagement skills.
- Experience recruiting nationally across multiple states.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and changing business needs.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience using applicant tracking systems and LinkedIn Recruiter.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage recruiting activities for assigned clinical and operational positions.
- Source and engage candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, referrals, and networking.
- Conduct phone screens to assess qualifications, experience, and overall fit.
- Build and maintain candidate pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
- Partner with hiring managers and recruiting team members to understand hiring priorities and market conditions.
- Maintain accurate candidate records and activity within the applicant tracking system.
- Provide regular updates regarding candidate pipelines, sourcing activity, and recruiting progress.
- Support multiple requisitions simultaneously in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
