Content Project Manager
Job Description
REQUIREMENTS
· Experience: 10+ years in project management within content development and/or EdTech.
· Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Educational Technology, or related field.
· Certifications (Preferred): PMP, PgMP, Agile/Scrum (CSM, SAFe, or equivalent).
· Technical Proficiency: Experience with Jira, Asana, Trello, MS Project; Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
· Leadership & Communication: Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and communicate with stakeholders at all levels.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Project Lifecycle Management
· Oversee end-to-end project lifecycle for content creation and EdTech solutions.
· Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with strategic goals.
Team Leadership & Collaboration
· Lead multi-disciplinary teams including content creators, instructional designers, developers, and SMEs.
· Foster a collaborative environment to drive project success.
Stakeholder Engagement
· Serve as the primary point of contact for leadership, clients, and external partners.
· Provide clear and timely communication on progress, risks, and outcomes.
Budget & Resource Management
· Monitor project budgets and resource allocations for optimal efficiency.
· Identify and resolve bottlenecks or resource gaps.
Risk Management & Mitigation
· Proactively identify risks and implement mitigation strategies.
Quality Assurance
· Ensure deliverables meet high-quality standards and instructional design best practices.
Process Optimization
· Continuously refine project management processes to improve efficiency and outcomes.
