REQUIREMENTS

• Typically 2-5 years of field experience in a services delivery or technical implementation role.
• A bachelor’s degree is required.
• Proficiency in SQL basics, JIRA, Confluence, and our client’s fundamental architecture.
• SnowPro Core certification is required within 60 days of hire.
• Fluency in English and the local language where required by regional requirements.

RESPONSIBILITES

• Maintain project documentation and track task effort in Smartsheet or Certinia.
• Create granular Work Breakdown Structures and associate effort and resource naming with specific tasks.
• Lead internal and client meetings with thorough documentation and rigorous follow-up.
• Navigate internal resource conflicts effectively to keep projects on track.
• Maintain project margins within plus or minus 5% of target and achieve customer satisfaction scores greater than 4.0.
