Job Description
REQUIREMENTS
- High School Degree or equivalent.
- Four-year Secondary (College/University) Degree. ASE (Auto Service Excellence) certification.
- 1-2 years of previous contact center experience or related experience is preferred
- Effective problem solving.
- Strong communication skills.
- Working knowledge of contact center metrics, hardware, software & telephony is preferred.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Deliver exceptional customer service by handling inbound phone calls, email, and written inquiries while maintaining up‑to‑date knowledge of our client, Dunlop, and Kelly products and services.
- Ensure quality and compliance standards by meeting or exceeding Consumer Relations quality guidelines, customer satisfaction metrics, and completing all required training.
- Support business intelligence and documentation efforts by accurately capturing customer interaction data and identifying trends or spikes related to product or service performance.
- Execute program‑compliant resolutions, including authorizing refunds or rebates up to $500, in accordance with Sarbanes‑Oxley and established Consumer Relations policies.
