Job Description

REQUIREMENTS

  • Good English communication skills, both spoken and written, for customer interaction and on-site coordination.
  • Solid understanding of PC hardware, Windows OS and common gaming platforms and software.
  • More than 2 Years Prior experience in a customer-facing or hospitality role.
  • Ability to handle technical questions related to games, software, and hardware independently.
  • Flexible availability — shifts rotate between morning, evening, and night depending on business needs.
  • Calm, responsible and service-oriented attitude when working with customers.

Nice to Have

  • Personal interest in gaming and the esports industry.
  • Russian or Arabic language skills.
  • Driving License.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Greet customers, manage reservations and maintain a positive, orderly atmosphere on-site.
  • Provide first-line technical support for gaming PCs, peripherals, consoles, and related hardware.
  • Install, update and troubleshoot games, software applications and operating system configurations.
  • Diagnose and resolve common hardware issues (RAM, storage, display, networking) and escalate complex faults as needed.
  • Assist with the rental service, including delivering and installing equipment for customers
  • Support the team in organising and running esports and gaming-related events
  • Communicate with clients in person, via Whatsapp, phone calls and other communication channels.
  • Monitor customer behaviour and address conduct issues in a professional manner.
  • Coordinate with colleagues for smooth shift handovers and consistent service standards.
  • Perform routine equipment checks and preventative maintenance.
