Job Description

REQUIREMENTS

  • Proficiency in email etiquette
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office & Adobe Acrobat
  • Knowledge of basic Microsoft Teams functions
  • Zoom basic knowledge
  • Preferred knowledge of Front email system but not required
  • Preferred knowledge of ReporterBase but not required
  • Must be a team-player and have excellent communication skills
  • Must have excellent phone etiquette

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Act, along with team members, as a primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries via phone, email and portal requests
  • Troubleshoot issues, provide solutions, and escalate complex issues to team manager
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, proactively identify opportunities to enhance client experience
  • Collaborate with other internal departments to resolve client needs and communicate feedback for continuous improvement
