REQUIREMENTS
- Experience speaking with customers or business owners (helpful, not required)
- Strong communication skills and willingness to learn
- Ability to stay organized in a remote setup
- Comfortable using basic computer tools and online meetings
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Connect with business owners who have requested information
- Learn about each business’s needs and guide conversations around available transaction processing tools
- Attend scheduled face-to-face appointments and conduct remote follow-ups
- Keep conversations professional, warm, and solution-focused
- Record notes and updates in the CRM
- Support overall engagement and activity goals
