Associate UI/UX Designer

Job Description

REQUIREMENTS

• A strong foundation in UI/UX design principles (through coursework, bootcamps, or self-learning).
• A portfolio or case studies demonstrating your design thinking — even academic or personal projects count.
• Proficiency in Figma, including experience with Figma AI’s First Draft to quickly turn ideas into editable design explorations.
• Comfort using AI tools in your design workflow (e.g., ChatGPT/Claude for UX copy, Midjourney for mood boards, or Figma plugins like Magician or Magic Patterns).
• Ability to create on-brand social media creatives and digital assets (experience with Canva, Figma, or similar tools).
• Basic understanding of responsive design for web and mobile.
• Good communication skills — ability to explain your design decisions to developers and stakeholders.
• An eye for detail, clean layouts, and modern design trends.
• Available to start immediately (within 1 week).
• Full-time, on-site role based out of Dwarka Sector 5, New Delhi.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Designing dashboards, landing pages, and screens for SaaS and web products.
• Creating wireframes, user flows, and interactive prototypes in Figma.
• Assisting in designing AI recommendation interfaces that feel trustworthy and easy to use.
• Building mobile-first responsive layouts.
• Contributing to user onboarding flows that simplify complex concepts.
• Creating digital assets for social media, including posts, stories, carousels, banners, and ad creatives across various channels (Instagram, LinkedIn, X, Facebook, etc.).
• Assisting with social media posting and scheduling as needed.
• Supporting usability audits and research-driven design improvements.
• Helping maintain and extend our design system and component library.
