REQUIREMENTS

  • Proven experience in operations or customer service roles.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Ensure every ‘Schedule a Visit’ request is actioned within 10 minutes without exception.
  • Reduce no-shows through proactive and effective confirmation systems.
  • Structure and group visits intelligently for on-site Sales Executives.
  • Initiate high-energy ‘Hype and Schedule’ interactions after lead qualification.
  • Own and optimize shared calendars across customers and Sales Executives.
  • Share a clear ‘Visit Packet’ with location details and on-site contact information.
  • Conduct a mandatory confirmation touchpoint two hours before the visit.
