Job Description
REQUIREMENTS
HS Diploma or Equivalent
Healthcare Experience a Plus!
Excellent verbal and written skills, with a focus on empathy, professional phone etiquette, and clear diction.
Comfort with technology including phone systems, email, documentation management systems, EHR systems
RESPONSIBILITIES
Answering, screening, and directing incoming calls, taking messages, and handling voicemail inquiries.
Booking, canceling, and rescheduling patient appointments
Collecting and updating demographic and insurance information, verifying patient eligibility, and registering new patients.
Processing referrals, preparing and scanning medical records, and performing data entry.
Acting as a liaison between patients, medical staff, and other departments.
Other Duties as assigned
