Job Description
REQUIREMENTS
- Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Office applications
- Experience working with databases and ERP systems for data management and transaction processing
- Excellent typing speed and accuracy to facilitate efficient data entry and transcription tasks
- Basic math skills for verifying figures and performing simple calculations
- Previous clerical or office experience demonstrating organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining high accuracy levels
- Strong organizational skills to manage files, records, and workflow effectively
RESPONSIBILTIES
- Enter and update account information using various databases and ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) systems with speed and accuracy
- Process orders, payments, and account transactions efficiently while adhering to company procedures
- Maintain organized filing systems for easy retrieval of account documents and records
- Perform data entry tasks, including transcription of handwritten or verbal information into digital formats
- Utilize Microsoft Excel to create pivot tables, generate reports, and analyze data trends
- Support data collection efforts by compiling relevant information from multiple sources
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data verification, and order entry to ensure seamless workflow continuity
