Remote Collections Representative

Job Description

REQUIREMENTS

• Required Education: High School Diploma/GED Education
• 2 + years of Collections experience
• Trustworthy: Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Technical Abilities: Ability to perform data entry using multiple computer databases. Comfortable using Microsoft Excel
• Driven to want to achieve personal goals and create a career for yourself
• Successful completion of a preemployment background check and drug screen (THC/ Marijuana excluded)

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide excellent customer service and support to our customers
• Maintain accurate documentation of your work
• Comply with Federal Mandated laws on fair treatment of debtors and documentation of calls.
• Achieve assigned monthly collection goals
• Negotiate payment arrangements with customers by exceeding daily phone calls standard of 150+Calls/Day.
