REQUIREMENTS

  • Proven experience in B2B sales, telemarketing, or inside sales roles with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
  • Strong negotiation skills coupled with excellent communication abilities in English
  • Familiarity with CRM software like Salesforce or similar platforms for managing customer data and sales pipelines
  • Knowledge of technology sales or technical products is highly desirable
  • Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to build trust quickly over the phone
  • Ability to handle outbound calling campaigns confidently while maintaining professionalism under pressure
  • Business development mindset with proactive outreach skills and enthusiasm for marketing initiatives

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Conduct outbound calling campaigns to prospective corporate clients, utilizing warm calling techniques to generate interest and build rapport
  • Engage in consultative conversations to understand client needs and present tailored technology solutions that align with their business objectives
  • Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts confidently to close sales and maximize revenue opportunities
  • Maintain detailed records of interactions and sales activities within CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to identify target audiences and develop effective outreach strategies
  • Follow up with leads promptly, ensuring a seamless customer experience from initial contact through deal closure
  • Continuously develop your knowledge of our products, industry trends, and competitive landscape to enhance your sales effectiveness
