RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Connect with business owners who have requested information
  • Learn about each business’s needs and guide conversations around available transaction processing tools
  • Attend scheduled face-to-face appointments and conduct remote follow-ups
  • Keep conversations professional, warm, and solution-focused
  • Record notes and updates in the CRM
  • Support overall engagement and activity goals
