REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree (Engineering, Business, or related field preferred).
• 1–3 years of experience in sales, preferably in EdTech, training, or service-based sales.
• Strong English communication and client engagement skills.
• Basic knowledge or exposure to international/US sales processes.
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and comfortable working remotely.
• Ability to work during 4:00 PM – 12:00 AM IST (US Shift).

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Generate, qualify, and convert leads for CAE and engineering training programs.
• Communicate effectively with international students and professionals (mainly US region).
• Conduct online consultations and course presentations.
• Manage inquiries via email, LinkedIn, and other digital platforms.
• Follow up with prospects and maintain accurate records in CRM.
• Work closely with the marketing and academic teams to align sales goals.
• Meet and exceed monthly enrollment targets.
