Job Description

REQUIREMENTS

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in administration or mental health is a plus
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
  • Proficiency in using office software (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Workspace)
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a compassionate approach
  • Prior experience in a customer service or administrative role is preferred
  • Familiarity with mental health concepts is a plus

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage scheduling and appointment bookings for clients
  • Respond to client inquiries via email and phone
  • Assist in maintaining client records and documentation
  • Provide administrative support to the counseling team
  • Coordinate communication between clients and mental health professionals
  • Prepare and organize reports and presentations
  • Assist with marketing and outreach initiatives
  • Perform general office tasks to ensure operational efficiency
