Job Description
REQUIREMENTS
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in administration or mental health is a plus
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- Proficiency in using office software (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Workspace)
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
- Strong interpersonal skills and a compassionate approach
- Prior experience in a customer service or administrative role is preferred
- Familiarity with mental health concepts is a plus
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage scheduling and appointment bookings for clients
- Respond to client inquiries via email and phone
- Assist in maintaining client records and documentation
- Provide administrative support to the counseling team
- Coordinate communication between clients and mental health professionals
- Prepare and organize reports and presentations
- Assist with marketing and outreach initiatives
- Perform general office tasks to ensure operational efficiency
