Job Description

REQUIREMENTS

  • Proven experience in office management or administrative roles with strong clerical skills.
  • Excellent computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace tools.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional phone etiquette and customer service skills; experience with multi-line phone systems preferred.
  • Bilingual abilities are a plus to support diverse client needs.
  • Previous experience as a personal or medical receptionist is advantageous but not required.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage calendar scheduling, appointment setting, and reminders using tools like Google Workspace and Microsoft Office.
  • Handle correspondence via email, chat, and phone, ensuring prompt and professional responses.
  • Perform data entry, filing, and document proofreading to maintain accurate records and reports.
  • Support front desk operations virtually by managing multi-line phone systems, customer inquiries, and client support.
  • Coordinate office management activities such as file organization, and document preparation.
  • Provide personal assistant services including travel arrangements, task prioritization, and project support.
