Job Description
REQUIREMENTS
- At least 1 year of experience in Digital Marketing, Social Media Management, Virtual Assistance, or a related role
- Strong experience using Canva, CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Lightroom, or similar editing software
- Good understanding of Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn marketing
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
- Highly organized with strong time management and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Reliable internet connection and dedicated work-from-home setup
PREFERRED :
- Experience supporting Australian or New Zealand clients
- Experience using Kajabi, WordPress, Squarespace, or similar website platforms
- Familiarity with Meta Business Suite, social media scheduling tools, CRM systems, or email marketing platforms
- Graphic design, branding, or content coaching experience is an advantage
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Create engaging content for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn, including captions, reels, short-form videos, and promotional materials
- Edit videos and graphics using Canva, CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, or similar tools
- Schedule, publish, and manage social media content calendars
- Monitor social media engagement and respond to comments or basic customer inquiries
- Update website content and landing pages using platforms such as Kajabi, WordPress, or Squarespace
- Assist with content planning, marketing campaigns, lead generation, and competitor research
- Communicate with clients through email, WhatsApp, and virtual meetings when required
- Maintain organized marketing assets, digital files, templates, and SOPs
- Track project timelines and ensure deadlines are met
