Job Description

REQUIREMENTS

  • Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a similar administrative role, preferably in retail or firearms-related industries.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially and with integrity.
  • Knowledge or willingness to learn federal, state, and local firearm compliance regulations.
  • Self-motivated, reliable, and capable of working independently in a remote environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage and respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone promptly and professionally.
  • Assist in processing orders and coordinating with shipping and inventory departments.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback in the CRM system.
  • Support compliance efforts by helping ensure all customer information and transactions follow federal, state, and local firearm regulations.
  • Coordinate internal communications and scheduling to support remote and on-site staff.
  • Prepare and distribute customer newsletters, promotional materials, and education content.
  • Assist with data entry, reporting, and other administrative tasks as needed to support daily operations.
