REQUIREMENTS
- Experience with Amazon product research or product management
- Strong understanding of Amazon listings, reviews, and keyword behavior
- Analytical mindset. Comfortable working with data, spreadsheets, and tools
- Clear communicator (written and verbal)
- Organized, proactive, and able to work independently
- Comfortable working with overseas suppliers (written communication only)
Nice to Have (Not Required)
- Experience launching or managing physical products
- Familiarity with tools like Helium 10, Jungle Scout, or similar
- Experience in consumer goods, DIY, crafts, or lifestyle products
- Startup or small-brand experience
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Conduct in-depth product research using Amazon tools, competitor listings, reviews, and keyword data
- Identify market gaps, weaknesses, and opportunities for differentiation
- Analyze customer pain points from reviews, returns, and Q&A
- Validate demand, pricing, margins, and competitiveness before launch
- Translate research insights into clear product requirements and USPs
- Assist with feature prioritization, packaging improvements, and usability feedback
- Support supplier communication by providing clear specs and feedback (no sourcing required)
- Collaborate on Amazon listing strategy (titles, bullets, images, A+ direction)
- Help prioritize assets during launches (copy vs images vs packaging vs video)
- Monitor post-launch performance and flag issues early (reviews, returns, conversion)
- Track product performance metrics and customer feedback
- Recommend improvements based on data, not assumptions
- Support iteration cycles for existing products
