REQUIREMENTS
- Proven experience in office management, clerical work, or administrative support in a virtual setting. This a great side-job for SAHMs.
- Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Google Workspace including Gmail, Sheets, Slides, and Docs. Experience with digital signing program like DropBox is a plus.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently and manage time effectively to meet deadlines
- Attention to detail and ability to complete multi-step tasks without reminders.
- Exceptional typing speed and accuracy along with proofreading skills to ensure error-free documents.
- Outstanding customer service skills combined with professional email etiquette.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage calendar schedules, appointments, and meetings using tools like Google Workspace.
- Available throughout the day–this is a virtual admin assistant position, so client requests made with at least 4 hours notice are handled by YOU.
- Onboard new clients, send paperwork, communicate of policies and procedures, etc.
- Perform data entry and organize digital documents.
- Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks, like noting client cancellations, changes to session length, and other instances where invoices must be updated.
- Support tutors with canceling and rescheduling as needed.
- Assist with general internal and external communication.
