REQUIREMENTS

• Proven experience as a Video Editor (portfolio required)
• Proficiency in editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar
• Strong understanding of storytelling, pacing, and audience engagement
• Experience in both long-form and short-form video editing
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Good communication skills

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Edit long-form videos (e.g., YouTube content, podcasts, interviews, webinars)
• Create engaging short-form videos (e.g., reels, TikTok, shorts)
• Add transitions, effects, subtitles, sound design, and color correction
• Maintain consistency in style, tone, and branding
• Meet project deadlines and handle multiple editing tasks efficiently
• Collaborate with the team to understand content requirements and vision
