* Strong English writing and dialogue skills

* Good understanding of U.S. audience preferences

* Creative judgment and good taste in short-form drama content

RESPONSIBILITIES

* Edit and polish short-form drama scripts

* Localize dialogue and story details for a U.S. audience

* Improve pacing, conflict, cliffhangers, and character emotions

* Keep the original storyline while making the script more fluent and engaging
