REQUIREMENTS

Proven experience in coaching with a focus on writing or college admissions essays

Education:

• Master’s (Preferred)

Experience:

• college essay: 3 years (Required)

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop tailored coaching plans that align with each student’s background, goals, and voice
• Guide students through the entire essay-writing process, from brainstorming ideas to final revisions
• Provide comprehensive editing and constructive feedback on students’ college essays to enhance clarity, tone, and storytelling
• Assist students in strengthening their overall application narratives by integrating their personal experiences authentically
• Conduct virtual coaching sessions focusing on writing skills, storytelling techniques, and self-expression
• Support students in developing additional application materials such as personal statements or supplemental essays
