REQUIREMENTS
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Comfortable working with spreadsheets, email, and basic office software
- Ability to manage repetitive tasks accurately and efficiently
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Prior administrative or clerical experience preferred
- Experience in travel, accounting, or commission tracking is a plus but not required
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Submit and track invoices to suppliers and partners
- Organize and maintain client reservation records (air, hotel, tours, etc.)
- Track commissions and reconcile payments
- Assist with internal record-keeping and documentation
- Organize emails, confirmations, and supporting travel documents
- Perform general administrative and clerical tasks as needed
