REQUIREMENTS

• Have previous travel agent experience (required)
• Are self-motivated entrepreneurs who enjoy building their own business
• Value a team atmosphere rather than working alone

• Are passionate about travel and client relationships
• Possess strong organizational and communication skills
• Are comfortable marketing themselves and networking locally and online

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage client relationships from inquiry through travel completion
• Design customized travel experiences including honeymoons, cruises, all-inclusive resorts, tours, and FIT travel
• Consult with clients to understand travel goals, budgets, and preferences
• Research destinations, suppliers, and travel options
• Create quotes, itineraries, and proposals
• Book travel components including flights, hotels, cruises, transfers, insurance, and excursions
• Provide pre-travel guidance and ongoing client support
• Market yourself and grow your personal client base through social media, networking, referrals, and community engagement
• Maintain professional communication and high customer service standards
• Stay informed on industry trends, supplier updates, and destination knowledge
• Participate in team meetings, trainings, and collaborative agency initiatives
