REQUIREMENTS

• Proven experience in public accounting or corporate accounting with a focus on taxation
• Strong background in accounting principles, financial concepts, and tax regulations
• Demonstrated proficiency with accounting software such as QuickBooks, Sage, or similar platforms
• Experience in financial sales or marketing is a plus for expanding client relationships
• Excellent math skills combined with 10 key typing proficiency for efficient data entry
• Ability to analyze complex financial data with precision and clarity
• Prior experience handling bookkeeping tasks and technical accounting issues preferred
• Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to communicate complex concepts clearly
• Familiarity with sales strategies related to financial services is advantageous

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Prepare and review individual, corporate, partnership, and other tax returns with precision and attention to detail
• Conduct thorough tax research to stay current on changing laws, regulations, and best practices
• Assist clients with tax planning strategies to optimize financial outcomes and minimize liabilities
• Utilize accounting software such as QuickBooks, Sage, and other financial tools to manage client data efficiently
• Analyze financial statements and concepts to provide insightful recommendations for tax savings and compliance
• Support bookkeeping activities and maintain accurate records of all tax-related transactions
• Collaborate with clients to gather necessary documentation, answer inquiries, and ensure a smooth filing process
• Use analysis skills and technical accounting knowledge to resolve complex tax issues effectively
• Contribute to marketing efforts by promoting our services through client engagement and relationship building
• Maintain a high level of customer service by providing clear communication, timely updates, and professional support throughout the engagement
