REQUIREMENTS

• Master’s or doctoral degree in psychology, counseling, social work, marriage and family therapy, or a related field
• Active or provisional licensure in Maryland, Virginia, or Washington, DC
• Provisionally licensed clinicians are welcome; supervision is available
• Experience providing therapy services, preferably through telehealth
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Cultural humility and a commitment to working with diverse communities
• Interest in integrating faith/spirituality into care when appropriate is a plus
• Ability to work independently while maintaining professionalism and clinical responsibility
• Reliable internet connection and access to a private, confidential workspace

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide virtual individual and/or family therapy services to clients located in the DMV area
• Complete intake assessments, progress notes, and other clinical documentation in a timely and ethical manner
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment goals as needed
• Collaborate with the practice owner regarding clinical care and coordination when appropriate
• Attend supervision if provisionally licensed
• Maintain compliance with state regulations, ethical standards, and practice policies
• Independently manage scheduling, caseload, and workflow as an independent contractor
