Job Description

REQUIREMENTS

  • 1–3 years in recruiting coordination, HR, talent acquisition, or sourcing
  • Experience with an ATS
  • Comfortable with LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and outreach tools
  • Strong written communication — concise, professional, no fluff
  • Highly organized; you don’t let things slip
  • Self-directed in a remote environment
  • Reliable home office and high-speed internet

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Coordinate interviews across candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers
  • Manage candidate communication from first outreach through offer
  • Source candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, and internal databases
  • Keep the ATS clean, accurate, and up to date
  • Post and refresh job listings across platforms
  • Screen incoming applications and route qualified candidates
  • Track pipeline metrics and surface what’s working (and what isn’t)
  • Support recruiters and account managers with reporting and project execution
