Social Media Trainee

Job Description

REQUIREMENTS

• Passion for social media, fashion, and digital culture
• Comfortable being camera-facing
• Confident shooting content on iPhone
• Basic understanding of editing for social platforms
• Proactive, organised, and eager to learn
• Strong communication skills

RESPONSIBILITIES

Content creation:

• Support with filming lo-fi, mobile-first content (primarily iPhone) for Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat and other social platforms
• Be comfortable appearing on camera when needed (voiceovers, styling moments, walkthroughs, trend content, etc.)
• Capture behind-the-scenes moments during shoots, activations, and in-store experiences

Editing & post-production:

• Edit short-form social content using mobile and/or basic editing tools (e.g. CapCut, Canva, Reels etc.)
• Cut content in line with current platform trends and brand tone
• Assist with adding subtitles, music, and light graphic elements for social

Trend & community support:

• Monitor social trends and propose relevant content ideas
• Support community initiatives and creator collaborations where needed
• Assist with content planning and scheduling as required
