REQUIREMENTS
- Proficiency in social media management tools such as Hootsuite and Buffer for scheduling, monitoring, and reporting
- Strong graphic design skills with experience in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Creative Suite for creating captivating visuals
- Knowledge of SEO best practices, keyword research techniques, and web analytics including Google Analytics for data-driven decision-making
- Experience in social listening tools to track brand mentions, industry trends, and customer feedback effectively
- Ability to produce high-quality content including videos, photography, blog posts, and multimedia assets for diverse platforms
- Familiarity with Facebook Advertising campaigns for targeted audience outreach and conversion optimization
- Excellent proofreading skills ensuring all content is clear, accurate, and aligned with branding guidelines
- Strong relationship management skills for engaging with influencers, partners, media outlets, and community members
- Understanding of digital marketing strategies including e-commerce integration to support sales initiatives
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while managing multiple projects simultaneously
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and more to boost brand awareness and engagement
- Create compelling visual and written content using Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Creative Suite to align with branding standards
- Manage social media scheduling and publishing using tools like Hootsuite and Buffer to ensure consistent presence and timely updates
- Monitor social listening channels to gather insights on audience sentiment, trending topics, and competitor activities for strategic planning
- Conduct keyword research and optimize content for SEO to improve visibility in search engine results
- Analyze web analytics and social media metrics through Google Analytics and web analytics tools to measure campaign performance and inform future initiatives
- Collaborate with public relations teams to manage brand reputation, handle crisis communications, and develop influencer partnerships
- Oversee paid advertising campaigns on Facebook Advertising platforms to maximize reach and ROI
- Proofread all content meticulously to maintain high-quality standards before publication
- Engage actively with followers by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries to foster strong community relationships
