Job Description

REQUIREMENTS

  • An exceptional eye for luxury aesthetics, visual storytelling, and styling, with the ability to source and curate high-end user-generated content (UGC) and studio photography.
  • Exceptional copywriting skills with the ability to write elegant, engaging, and on-brand captions for both consumer and corporate audiences.
  • Deep understanding of the algorithms, best practices, and trends unique to Instagram, and Facebook
  • Comfortable using platform analytics and scheduling tools to track performance, measure ROI, and pivot strategies accordingly.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently in a fast-paced, remote environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop, implement, and manage our multi-channel social media strategy across Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok to increase brand awareness and engagement.
  • Maintain a consistent, sophisticated, and welcoming brand voice across all social platforms and community interactions.
  • Plan and execute a monthly content calendar that aligns with seasonal holidays, peak gifting periods, and corporate marketing campaigns.
  • Engage daily with our community by responding to comments, direct messages, and brand mentions to build strong customer relationships.
  • Identify, pitch, and manage partnerships with influencers, content creators, and complementary brands to expand our reach.
  • Monitor social media trends, tools, and platform updates to keep our brand at the forefront of digital marketing innovation.
  • Track, analyze, and report weekly and monthly performance metrics to optimize content strategy and demonstrate ROI.
