RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead the build-out of our Evergreen Content Foundation using a proven batch system
- Develop deep understanding of our brand messaging, audience avatars, and content strategy across all three brands
- Direct and align content creation across the team — keeping messaging consistent and intentional
- Understand what’s working on each social platform and guide platform-specific strategy
- Think in batches — plan ahead, work efficiently, and build systems that compound over time
- Bring fresh ideas while staying true to the brand voice — authenticity always wins over perfection
- Communicate openly, show up for the team, and jump in where needed
