REQUIREMENTS

  • Proven experience as a Social Media SpecialistDigital Marketing Specialist, or similar role.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing strategies.
  • Experience with Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and social media analytics tools.
  • Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, or similar software.
  • Excellent communication and content-writing skills.
  • Ability to create high-quality photo and video content.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Experience in the food, confectionery, bakery, chocolate, retail, or luxury products industry is an advantage.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage and grow the company’s social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other relevant channels.
  • Create, schedule, and publish engaging content, including posts, reels, stories, and videos.
  • Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and sales.
  • Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns on Meta, Google, and other platforms.
  • Coordinate product photography, videography, and content-creation activities.
  • Monitor social media performance and prepare regular reports and recommendations.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and engage with the online community.
  • Stay updated on social media trends, industry developments, and competitor activities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to promote new products, seasonal campaigns, and corporate gifting solutions.
