REQUIREMENTS
- Proven experience as a Social Media Specialist, Digital Marketing Specialist, or similar role.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing strategies.
- Experience with Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and social media analytics tools.
- Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, or similar software.
- Excellent communication and content-writing skills.
- Ability to create high-quality photo and video content.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Experience in the food, confectionery, bakery, chocolate, retail, or luxury products industry is an advantage.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage and grow the company’s social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other relevant channels.
- Create, schedule, and publish engaging content, including posts, reels, stories, and videos.
- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and sales.
- Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns on Meta, Google, and other platforms.
- Coordinate product photography, videography, and content-creation activities.
- Monitor social media performance and prepare regular reports and recommendations.
- Respond to customer inquiries and engage with the online community.
- Stay updated on social media trends, industry developments, and competitor activities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to promote new products, seasonal campaigns, and corporate gifting solutions.
