- You’ll turn cold or skeptical comments into thoughtful, human conversations by responding to emotional or sensitive situations with care and clarity
- You don’t take things personally, but you do take them seriously
- You understand that how we show up in these moments matters
- Every response reflects the firm, and you approach that responsibility with intention
