Job Description

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering
• 1–5+ years of experience in construction/site supervision
• Strong understanding of construction methods and materials
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
• Basic knowledge of software like AutoCAD, MS Excel, or project tools
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Problem-solving and decision-making ability

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Supervise day-to-day construction activities at the site
• Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings and specifications
• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and workers
• Monitor project progress and prepare daily/weekly reports
• Check quality of materials and workmanship
• Ensure adherence to safety standards and regulations
• Conduct site inspections and resolve technical issues
• Liaise with project managers, consultants, and clients
• Manage resources such as labor, materials, and equipment
• Assist in planning and scheduling of work activities
