Job Description
REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Shawarma Maker in a restaurant.
- Strong knowledge of Arabic shawarma preparation and seasoning.
- Ability to prepare both chicken and meat shawarma.
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Prepare and marinate chicken and meat shawarma according to company recipes.
- Assemble and operate shawarma machines safely and efficiently.
- Slice and serve shawarma with consistent quality and presentation.
- Prepare shawarma sandwiches, platters, and related Arabic fast-food items.
- Monitor stock levels and maintain proper food storage procedures.
- Ensure food hygiene, cleanliness, and HACCP standards are followed at all times.
- Maintain workstation cleanliness and kitchen organization.
- Support the kitchen team during busy service periods.
